Erectile Difficulties

An erection is simply the entry of blood into the penis quicker than it escapes. This process can be upset by hormonal, psychological or vascular problems to name a few. The most common reason for the failure of erections is multi factorial, consisting of some hardening of the blood vessels and the side effects of medication prescribed for other complaints.

Solution

In most cases your GP will initiate treatment, usually with a trial of Viagra. Most people will have to pay for tablets at the end of their trial. Only if these fail is the GP likely to send you up to hospital for expert advice. There are a large number of treatments one of which is likely to be suitable for you. Although intercourse isn't compulsory, if you can't manage it but want to, we can almost certainly help.
